With this motto, m3™ Cleaning Services started. It all started when one of our founders was visiting a grocery store to do the shopping and had a conversation with the store manager about the cleaning status in the store, he was able to detect that Managers and other Customers were used to seeing the same low cleaning level and seemed like tired of the non-response from the contractor they were using for years.

After this conversation, Oscar had the idea that a cleaning service would need to be a fan of its customers and must help them to improve sales and support the team’s performance through a clean facility. As a dot connection, Oscar started working in a cleaning company and learned more about cleaning and customer challenges. After years working in different positions and different cleaning companies, he concluded that in the cleaning industry there is a lack of commitment with customers’ expectations about cleaning and appearance of their buildings.

With this in mind, m3™ Cleaning Services was born in 2018, founded with strong values that create strong teams committed to customers’ needs and details oriented. Training of our teams is core in our company, and this makes the difference between an ok cleaning and high standard cleaning service.
